Our vision is to provide a one stop shop for facilities managers, property managers and landlords. Mark Frazier: Chief Executive Officer
Mark, has over 35 years in operations of service companies. Mark has owned both courier and trucking companies as well as managing service departments in all of the construction trades. His attention to the details of a client’s requests is the reason that property managers rely on him to handle their toughest and most challenging needs.
Rogelio (Roy) Lopez: Chief Bidding/Estimating Officer
Roy, has over 16 years in the commercial roofing industry and is a graduate of the certified roofer program for Atlanta Technical College. Roy is knowledgeable in all roofing systems and membrane types. Roy is a natural born handyman and can figure out the most complex repair problems that may arise. Roy’s ability to accurately estimate the size, cost and outcome of a project makes him a valuable partner to ensuring our clients needs and expectations are met.
